Technical Needle Felts for the Aviation Industry and Railway Carriages
Especially for the use as a fire blocker we developed our quality BWF FireGuard®. These felts are mainly used in seats as well as ceiling and wall linings of railway carriages and aircrafts.
For this application, we produce our needle felts using flame-resistant, non-melting special fibers. Further benefits of BWF FireGuard® are: extreme low toxicity and minimal smoke emission in case of fire. Our fire blocker felts meet the requirements of classes F2 and M1 in fire behavior in accordance with NF F16-101.
In addition, we can also offer anti-vandalism felts.
