Scrim and Fibre Types for Filter Media in the Cement, Gypsum and Lime Industry:

A complete range of filter media is available for the dedusting of the various production processes in the cement industry. The needlona®-filter media are characterised by the compact structure and the supporting scrim used. They are thus particularly well suited for the filtration of high dust loads in the cement industry.

For dedusting of cement mills, particularly during addition of grinding aids, our high separating-power MPS® filter media made of fine fibers enhance quality and productivity.


For the dissipation of electric charges in coal grinding, we recommend our ExCharge® filter media. These are certified by DEKRA EXAM and safely dissipate electrostatic charges

PM-Tec filter media made of fiberglass fabric with a laminated ePTFE membrane are particularly suitable for fine dust filtration. The ePTFE membrane already retains minute dust particles on the surface, while the glass fiber fabric underneath represents an economical compromise between price and service life.
